Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) 51²èÂ¥ (City of Worcester) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2011 (Variation) Order 2024 [Prohibition of Waiting on Blakefield Road/Blakefield Walk, Worcester]
51²èÂ¥ are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Worcester:
Blakefield Road (Northwest side): from a point 21 metres northeast of its junction with Bransford Road for a distance of 17.5 metres in a north easterly direction; (Southeast side): from a point 22 metres northeast of its junction with Bransford Road for a distance of 18.5 metres in a north easterly direction.
Blakefield Walk (Southwest side): from its junction with Blakefield Road to its junction with Sinton Terrace; (West side): from its junction with Sinton Terrace for a distance of 4 metres in a northerly direction; (East side): from a point 11 metres south of its junction with Bromyard Road for a distance of 29 metres in a southerly direction; then from a point 59 metres south of the junction for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction.
The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
