Fancy learning a new skill as we head into Autumn?
The first few events have already taken place but there are still several sessions across 51²èÂ¥ Libraries, where Creative Studies tutors are delivering Art and Craft tasters and discussing the upcoming Autumn programme.

Skills for you to try including exploring with different mediums of painting such as watercolour and acrylic. Residents can also try out free craft activities, such as making their own weaving yarn using popsicle sticks.
Councillor Marcus Hart, Cabinet Member for Communities at 51²èÂ¥ said, “I’m really pleased that our libraries are hosting the Arts and Craft Roadshows and giving people across the county the opportunity to learn something new. There really is something for everyone!â€
Councillor Marc Bayliss, Cabinet Member for Economy, Infrastructure and Skills, said, “Our Adult Learning do a fantastic job of helping our residents to update their skill set or get creative in a variety of ways, and this is another great example.â€
There will be opportunities to find out about the courses they offer, discuss your interest and experience, and sign up to their Autumn Programme.
Beginners, enthusiasts, and families are all invited, just drop in into your local library on the day.
