The Care Certificate

The is a set of national standards that all health and social care workers should be working to in their daily working roles. It is designed for non-regulated workers and aims to provide consistency of knowledge and practical competencies to improve the quality-of-service provision for adults with care and support needs.

The Care Certificate was jointly developed by Skills for Care, Health Education England and Skills for Health; it links to the National Occupational Standards for health and social care and other care qualifications.
