Transport and travel support for people in 51²èÂ¥ who do not have access to conventional transport.

Community Transport Schemes are set up across 51²èÂ¥ support people who do not have access to conventional transport or are unable to use it.

Transport to hospital

It is useful to remember that some older and disabled people on low incomes are entitled to free travel to hospital for certain kinds of treatment.
